Founded in 1889 as New Mexico’s flagship institution, the University of New Mexico occupies nearly 800 acres along old Route 66 in the heart of Albuquerque. Having worked in event planning and catering departments for hotels in New Mexico, New York and even Beijing, Edith has developed an incredible repertoire of skills and experiences that she has now lent to her role at the UNM Event Planning and Scheduling Office for 18 years. Particularly adept at planning weddings, Edith is a certified wedding planner whose warm personality and ample knowledge makes her an excellent resource for your event.
